A local newspaper is important to holding a community together, so it carries the responsibility of making good choices for the community. come on steve .its all about explaining how sealing the quad city area in concrete is WAY better for us than agriculture. or having sustainable water. We have to show how carefully the applications are considerd before they're turned down.
