Prosecuting Julian
I gotta quick question: How can the Justice Department justify prosecuting Julian Assange, who was handed some classified information and published some of it, with no mention of prosecuting The New York Times editors, who were handed the same classified information and published some of it?

The only thing I could think is that they could somehow classify Wikileaks as a foreign organization aiding terrorism, while the Times et. al is protected by the first amendment.
Now, just because they could do it that way doesn't make it right in any sense of the word. I had actually never thought about it that way, but also didn't know they were thinking about prosecution.
I think his biggest worry would be getting caught by anyone associated with Interpol for his other alleged transgressions in Sweden.
Because one is a giant, politically connected corporation?
