Letters: Grumble, grumble

Rowle made a big mistake in saying that he'd got no complaints about the roundabout, it was like a bugle call for volunteers. A little sensible balance comes from an out-of-state reader (why?).

The Courier has quite the web presence now. Read it on the web, I figure.

You're not thinking that the content of the letters section constitutes a public-opinion survey, are you?

Sure, lots of people think they don't like roundabouts. Lots of people used to think you could fall off the edge of the earth, too. It's about education, not some sort of objective reality.

So rowle clims no complaints ,and the letters come in all against the merry go rounds ( with a heavy flavoring of I dont usually speak up because it dont seem to matter)and the only dissenting voice is from out of state ? gee if we were talking immigration issues here...
I say lets have a vote on this thing and then we can put this issue to bed( as long as Wallmart aint involved) and get on to something important like getting informed about the state budget
