Cartoon: Iraqi Benchmarks

I can't read the signature online, but it sure looks like someone's ripping off Sergio Aragones. I guess I'm thick today, I don't get the point.

    I think its a comment on the US installed Iraqi Govt. and its lack of initiative ....or how they have Big Butts and like Yo Yo's
