    this is an example of something steven was grumbling about in another piece..the meat of this article is delivered in 4 sentences.the rest of it is reciting the drunk driving statute.
    I was really expecting a rant here and what I got was ..See Dui roadblocks work !
    duh,we Knew that.
    tell us what you think!
    Even if we grumble about or disagree with what you say you'll be keepin it real.
    thats what its about right?

I encourage you to share your own views and experience with me and other readers. How you do that matters, and I'm committed to maintaining a place where readers and commenters can feel safe from adolescent BS. So here's the deal:

There are two kinds of anonymous comments: those by people who have a genuine fear of revenge from the dark side, and those from darksiders just hiding to avoid accountability.
