Letters: Glassford Hill Gauntlet
Look, you've got resources at hand, an easy story to get around, and obviously huge demand for it. That's how you sell papers, folks.

I encourage you to share your own views and experience with me and other readers. How you do that matters, and I'm committed to maintaining a place where readers and commenters can feel safe from adolescent BS. So here's the deal:
There are two kinds of anonymous comments: those by people who have a genuine fear of revenge from the dark side, and those from darksiders just hiding to avoid accountability. You may post comments anonymously, but I reserve the right to treat anonymous comments as found items that belong to me and do with them as I see fit.
If, on the other hand, you're willing to stand by your convictions and post under your own name or a regular handle, your comments belong to you, and I'll edit them only on egregious violations of respect for others.
If this doesn't work for you, I'm sure you'll be happier somewhere else.
Ok dude ,got ya ! ,only the last 2 letters are about the photo radar issue ..one guy even went so far as to use actual math! (my kinda guy) anyway
ReplyDeletethe first letter was about the longstanding traffic light stupidity that we have been dealing with down here in PV . the stoneridge drive turn signal is infamous down here for causing long waits and near accidents when people try to beat the light .
But ..I do join your call for the courier to look into this stuff ..
Yup, I connected with the short yellow lights, my particular peeve about Glassford Hill.
ReplyDeleteheres some math I think we alll should Know ...Its a formula for the perfect bacon sandwich!
ReplyDeleteThe formula is: N = C + {fb (cm) . fb (tc)} + fb (Ts) + fc . ta, where N=force in Newtons required to break the cooked bacon, fb=function of the bacon type, fc=function of the condiment/filling effect, Ts=serving temperature, tc=cooking time, ta=time or duration of application of condiment/filling, cm=cooking method, C=Newtons required to break uncooked bacon.
( Im sorry for the love of god stop me before I calculate again)
