    come on steve .its all about explaining how sealing the quad city area in concrete is WAY better for us than agriculture. or having sustainable water. We have to show how carefully the applications are considerd before they're turned down.

There are two kinds of anonymous comments: those by people who have a genuine fear of revenge from the dark side, and those from darksiders just hiding to avoid accountability.
